2024 Election System
This project, much like the previous one, aimed to create a distinctive and cohesive visual style for The Atlantic's Q&A interviews. The design integrates images of the interview subjects with vertical red color blocks, which are carefully aligned and cropped according to an underlying geometric grid. By limiting the color palette to beige and red and adhering to a consistent grid, I established a visual system that ensures the series remains uniform and visually coherent throughout.

The Summer Reading Guide
For The Atlantic's Summer Reading Guide, I developed the visual language for a series of title cards featured on their website. Each title card corresponds to one of seven distinct categories, each with its own unique visual and theme, suggesting what to read this summer. The design for each card incorporates an animated word or letter that reflects the essence of the title, while the color palette evokes the vibrant, energetic feel of summer. The imagery is intentionally abstract, offering a sensory representation of the summer experience rather than a literal depiction.

Time Travel Thursdays and Atlantic AI - Newsletters
Time Travel Thursdays is a weekly newsletter that revisits and contextualizes archival articles from The Atlantic, placing them in a contemporary framework. The visual identity for this newsletter features a beige and orange color palette, evoking a sense of nostalgia and a deep connection to history.

In contrast, The Atlantic Intelligence newsletter focuses on AI and technology themes. The visual language for this publication utilizes green, black, and shades of blue to convey a modern, cutting-edge atmosphere. In both cases, the consistent visual language helps to categorize and reinforce the recurring themes of each newsletter, thereby enhancing the reader's overall experience.
