The Color Room

Color perception is explored in The Color Room of the exhibition 'SAGMEISTER & WALSH: Beauty' at the MAK Museum in Vienna. The room, adorned with intense blue and pink patterns, is illuminated by a special sodium-vapor lamp, commonly used in construction sites and street lights. This unique lighting renders certain color hues, particularly pink and blue, almost indistinguishable, highlighting how colorfulness is often associated with beauty and happiness. I collaborated with Stefan and Jessica to ideate and visualize the room, creating mock-ups, patterns, and all the furnishings.
